The seller FAQ currently says to take one capsule daily with food.
- Use only the serving size shown on your bottle.
- Take with food as currently directed.
- Do not double a serving because you missed one.
- Store according to the bottle instructions.
Before your first serving
Check the Supplement Facts panel and compare it with medicines or supplements you already use.
Speak with a professional first if you take prescription medicines, are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or have a planned procedure.
